YOGYAKARTA INDONESIA

Hello WalkinBackpackers! I hope it is still not to late to wish you guys a HAPPY NEW YEAR LOL! Dah March dah ni, cepat masa berlalu. I hope you guys are doing fine! SO yeah 15th march hari tu aku gerak yogyakarta Indonesia with a student and a few lecturers lah sebab ni international trip of the faculty. Plus, im from the same faculty. Okay moving on, aku book tiket kind of last minute la sbb im always like that, everything last min( you guys dont do this ya). The ticket was around Rm450 i booked 2 days before flight and normally people would get RM300 average for the ticket.

So it was 5 of us, our flight was early in the morning and kitorang gi sana for 5 days 4 nights. Overall it was absolutely amazing. I got to see temples and the history, culture, people and nature all in one! you couldnt imagine how amazing the place is after you see it yourself. SO im going to share here tempat tempat yang aku pergi and there was other places that i planned but 5 days is not enough!

BUKIT MOJO

Bukit Mojo basically tempat where u can take picture with a breathtaking view of nature at the back.

HUTAN PINUS

Hutan Pinus ni pokok dia semua tinggi-tinggi and good place for photoshoot jugak, if u go there during sunset lagi lawa! and this Hutan Pinus is nearby Bukit Mojo

PRAMBANAN TEMPLE

Once you go yogyakarta dont miss this temple, trust me its beautiful and go do some reading on google on before dtg. It will make u understand better about this place

MERAPI LAVA TOUR

Korang kene try tengok sunrise dekat dengan Mount Merapi, and you get to know what happened there in 2006 a and the details.

KALIBIRU NATIONAL PARK

This place kat atas gunung basically this tempat is where the Park provide a spot for U to snap photos of urself with another breathtaking view at the back, there were 5 spots if im not mistaken so u get to choose which view that satisfies U da most! Not to forget, better datang sini pagi sbb ramai gila orang datang and u have to wait 2 hours before Ur turn comes.

BOROBUDUR TEMPLE

Like I said, dont miss the temple when ure here ESPECIALLY this! Try to go during sunrise or sunset. Sumpah lawa!

TAMAN SARI WATER CASTLE

Go this place and get to know the history of this place, surely youll know every story for every corner that u go to in this castle. Good place to take a good photos too!

TIMANG BEACH

When peole say Yogyakarta, normally this is the first thing that cross through my mind. Yes, go here try the Gondola! Once in a Lifetime experience and dont forget to try the seafood at the restaurant nearby! LOBSTER MURAH! and sedap

GUMUK PASIR

Its a place where u can go sandboarding, seriously the pasir is different than usual pasir we see. very soft and shiny too. come here during sunset sbb pagi and afternoon sangat panas that u cudnt play sandboarding

GOA PINDUL CAVE TUBING

Where u duduk kat tube and the guide will drag u across the river and through the cave. There is also an additional route but i didnt go :D.

MALIOBORO STREET

Tempat korang boleh shopping, banyak barang murah especially kain and baju batik yg murah! And its really nice to jalan jalan here time malam. SO happening!

ALUN ALUN KIDUL

This place dekat dengan Malioboro which u can naik kereta yang berlampu with a music around that place. This car is not like a normal car pakai fuel, u guys have to kayuh :D

Yogyakarta pun famous for penggambaran Ada Apa Dengan Cinta, but sadly i didnt go sbb tak cukup masa. How sad. But u guys can go if you guys plan your itenary properly and its better you guys datang yogyakarta with your friends cus boleh share transportation fee. Kalau solo travel dalam satu kereta it would be kinda expensive.

For transportation, contact this guy, he is the driver and he is cool. Korang boleh negotiatiate transportation fee dengan dia!

And Yeah last but not least! A VIDEO! Firstliy i thot of telling all the details kat vlog je but then after export the video is very very long and crashed a few times sebab berat sangat the video. Had to skip a lot of parts so it would not crash. Plus im a newbie when it comes to video editing. I really didnt know how to make it look good. But im still learning! Mind my videos tau kalau hambarrr :p. MAKE SURE U WATCH IN HIGH DEF!
